Nicholas Bartlett is the Head of Real Estate Investment and a partner in our London Real Estate Group. He has extensive experience structuring and delivering real estate capital markets work as well as advising on investment, development and finance aspects of real estate transactions. His practice has an international focus serving global clients on transactions in the UK and European real estate markets. Nicholas’ role advising the UK’s national railway company on the high profile disposal of its £1.5bn portfolio has been widely reported over the last 12 months.
