Stewart is a partner in our corporate group and heads our Indirect Real Estate team. He advises on all aspects of UK, offshore and European corporate wrapped commercial real estate matters including the establishment and operation of property funds, joint ventures, real estate M&A, property and asset management arrangements and general corporate governance of real estate holding structures. Stewart’s recent experience includes advising on the establishment of UK main market REIT, the conversion of a private joint venture structure into an offshore private REIT structure and advising on the establishment of a major development joint venture. Stewart’s practice is covers all sectors including student housing, BTR, hotels, senior living, retail and offices.
