Sharon’s practice focuses primarily on commercial leasing. She advises clients on all aspects of ground and space lease transactions, including sale leasebacks, lease negotiation, requests for proposals, letters of intent and brokerage agreements. She has experience across multiple asset classes, including office, medical, laboratory, retail, warehouse and hospitality. Sharon has also worked on deals in the commercial real estate development industry, and on leasing issues raised by corporate acquisitions and sales. Her clients include both landlord and tenant entities on a national basis.
