Peter Bogdasarian is a litigator focusing on securities enforcement matters as well as class action and white collar defense. Peter serves as chair of the firm’s e-discovery team and is the firm’s chief privacy officer, protecting the firm’s data — including information received from clients — from unauthorized access.

Peter counsels businesses and individuals as they field inquiries, examinations, investigations and enforcement actions initiated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), other federal and state agencies, and self-regulatory organizations. Peter’s practice also includes conducting internal investigations that advise and assist companies in preventing and responding to regulatory actions.
