Jeffrey Grossman focuses his practice on complex litigation and regulatory matters within the financial services sectors of insurance, banking and asset management, as well as construction, real estate, health care and cybersecurity/data privacy. With more than 25 years of experience handling sophisticated business matters, Jeff frequently advises clients on regulatory compliance and other key business concerns. As the former co-chair of the firm’s litigation practice, Jeff helped to oversee and implement the strategic direction for the multidisciplinary, 90-lawyer team across nine offices.

Jeff routinely handles cases in federal and state court and before arbitral tribunals. His practice entails resolving disputes on behalf of individuals and between private parties, as well as those involving industry and governmental regulators.
