Katherine Blandón is an Associate at BLP’s Nicaragua office, specializing in Intellectual Property. She has extensive experience in preparing and renewing applications for trademarks, trade names, advertising signs, and sanitary registrations. She has managed oppositions, objections, and trademark monitoring, as well as controlled deadlines, expirations, and notifications. Katherine also has practical experience in patent, industrial design, and utility model applications. Additionally, she has coordinated regional trademark registration projects and regulatory matters, leveraging her technical expertise alongside strong management and leadership skills. Katherine joined BLP as an Associate in 2024.
