Norma Amador, Special Counsel at BLP in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, specializes in Tax, Free Trade Zones, and Public Law, Public Procurement & Regulation. With 21 years of experience in public administration, she has advised the Executive Directorate of Revenue on Services of Administration of Rents, SAR, and NGOs. She has also worked as a consultant for UNESCO and as a lecturer at the Universidad José Cecilio del Valle of Honduras.
