Senior Associate

Jeniffer Chávez is a Senior Associate at BLP’s office in Guatemala. She specializes in Dispute Resolution and has over 17 years of experience representing local and multinational entities in high-level civil, commercial, labor, and administrative litigation. During her long career, Jeniffer has provided corporate legal advice to multinational companies with investment or expansion plans in Guatemala, including due diligence, regulatory compliance, and the prevention of legal disputes. She joined BLP in 2025.
