Director

Delmer Rodríguez is a Director at BLP’s office in El Salvador. He specializes in Tax, Business Law, and Real Estate & Hospitality, with over 10 years of experience advising on corporate, regulatory, and tax matters in both domestic and international transactions. He has extensive experience in strategic tax planning and in the design and implementation of tax incentives for local and multinational clients. His practice includes civil and commercial contracts, as well as corporate, real estate, financial, and transactional matters. Delmer also serves as a professor at the Escuela Superior de Economía y Negocios (ESEN), where he contributes to the education of future legal professionals. He rejoined BLP in 2025 as a Director, having previously been part of the firm as an associate.
