Paul Leake is global head of Skadden’s corporate restructuring practice. He has led numerous large and complex U.S. and cross-border restructurings for debtors, bank groups, distressed investment funds and investors, noteholder committee and official creditors’ committees. His areas of focus include chapter 11 reorganizations, out-of-court restructurings, secured financings, distressed acquisitions and investments in troubled companies in industries such as retail, shipping, mining, airlines, energy, healthcare, publishing, satellite communications and real estate.
