James Board advises on the structuring, establishment and operation of a wide variety of funds across a range of asset classes, including private equity, private credit, infrastructure and secondaries, and co-founded and co-leads the European evergreen private wealth funds practice. James has represented such leading international fund sponsors as Apollo, Ares, Blackstone, Bridgepoint, Coller Capital, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, CVC, Franklin Templeton, Hamilton Lane, Hg Capital, KKR, Pantheon Ventures, Sound Point and Stonepeak.
