Steven Grigoriou is a Partner in the Firm’s Registered Funds Practice, where he advises a wide array of registered funds, business development companies and multinational investment advisers on a broad range of corporate transactions. He regularly represents public funds, fund sponsors, investment advisers, investment banks and other financial institutions on the design, formation and structure of investment funds and products, securities offerings, regulatory and compliance matters, as well as other corporate matters. His clients include Apollo, Audax, Benefit Street Partners, BlackRock, Blackstone, Carlyle, Onex and Sixth Street. Steven is recognized as a “Next Generation Partner” by Legal 500 and a “Rising star partner” by IFLR1000. He also was named a “Rising Star” at the 2021 Fund Intelligence Mutual Funds Industry & ETF Awards.
