Ashley’s experience includes representing clients in complex multiparty actions, as well as bringing and defending against impact and inefficiency, delay, indemnity, differing site condition, and other contract-based claims. Her litigation experience includes bench and jury trials, mediation, arbitration, and appellate arguments.
