Luis Valda is Counsel at Moreno Baldivieso and leads the firm’s Tax Practice nationwide.

He is a recognized expert in Tax Law, with more than 15 years of experience advising on complex local and cross-border transactions, tax inspections, and litigation procedures. His background includes senior roles in leading public tax institutions and extensive experience managing sophisticated tax matters for corporate and private clients.

Luis also advises high-net-worth individuals and families on tax and estate planning, and lectures on International Taxation at the Master’s in Tax Law program of the Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar (UASB), as well as in other graduate programs across Bolivia.

He frequently participates as a speaker and panelist at national and international tax conferences, and serves as Young IFA Network (YIN) Representative for the International Fiscal Association – Bolivia Chapter.
