Lucía Barrios works in the Corporate Law area, specializing in advising clients on corporate law matters, as well as in mergers and acquisitions in various sectors of activity, corporate restructuring processes and assistance to startups.

She has vast experience in e-commerce industry, regularly advising leading national and international companies, providing legal assistance in the structuring of their operations, as well as advice on the commercial and regulatory aspects of their activity.

She also has experience in the agribusiness area, advising major funds operating in both the forestry and agricultural industries in all stages of their process, including structuring (acquisitions and approvals) and financing of their investments in Uruguay.
