María Elena de Posadas specializes in Corporate and Company Law. She advises a broad base of multinational companies throughout a wide range of sectors, such as agriculture, casinos, the hotel industry, insurance and financial services, among others, with special focus on joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and wealth and tax planning in different frameworks such as trusts and investment funds, among others.

She has represented companies in public calls for bids, particularly in the energy and construction areas.
