Lucía Carbajal works in the Corporate Department advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, banking, finance and foreign investment.

Her practice is mainly focused on providing advice to national and foreign companies, and to banking institutions with respect to financial and commercial operations, including financing, sale and purchase of shares; joint ventures; due diligence and commercial and civil agreements in general.
