Matias Rachetti is currently involved in the Areas of Business and Tax Law mainly for the international market. He has focused his practice on assisting companies and clients in operations made in different jurisdictions as well as in the design of tax efficient structures.  In addition, he counsels on the location and relocation of commercial administrative operations and services so as to optimize the competitive management of companies.  Similarly, he provides sound and insightful legal services in relation to Preferential Tax Exemptions such as Duty Free Zones, Free Ports and Temporary Admission of Goods.
