Position

He works in the firm’s Corporate Law Department, mainly focusing on Antitrust, Projects and Energy, and Banking and Finance Law. His practice includes advising national and international companies on project development, as well as banking institutions on financial and commercial transactions. He has vast experience in stock purchase agreements, mergers and acquisitions, shareholders’ agreements, loans, infrastructure projects and business contracts.
In the area of Antitrust, he regularly advises companies on economic concentration transactions and in cases related to anti-competitive practices.
In 2022, he worked in the Madrid office of Linklaters, in the areas of Corporate and Financial Law, as well as Capital Markets.
In the academic field, he is a Professor of Comparative Law – Legal Systems, at the Law School of Universidad Católica del Uruguay.
