Fernando de Posadas specializes in Business, Mining and Foreign Investment Law. He has headed several of the most substantial investment projects in the country in the areas of mining, energy, agriculture and mass consumption.

During 1997 he worked in the US Firm King & Spalding.

Renowned international publications have cited him as one of the best attorneys in the country in his field. He participates regularly in different forums as a keynote speaker in his field of expertise (including the International Bar Association and Latin Lawyer).
