He leads the Foreign Trade and Customs practice.

His work includes consulting, strategic planning, and preventive audit services in customs and foreign trade matters, with a focus on securing customs benefits under local or international regulations (free trade agreements), and mitigating current and future legal and operational risks.

He represents clients in customs and foreign trade disputes before administrative authorities and the judiciary.

Founder and former president of the Peruvian Association of Customs and International Trade Law, he has also served as a consultant to the Peruvian government in the drafting of the current General Customs Law.

He is a board member of the Foreign Trade Guild (XCOM) and has served as a chair of its logistics sector at the Lima Chamber of Commerce (CCL). He is also a member of the International Customs Law Academy, a frequent speaker at local and international forums, and the author of several publications and specialized articles on customs and foreign trade matters.

His career has been recognized by prestigious international publications such as Chambers & Partners, Lexology Index, and Legal 500.
