Specialist in the taxation of the mining and extractive industries, the insurance sector, and the tax implications of joint ventures and other associative agreements.

He advises clients on the tax regime applicable to their ongoing operations, including mergers and acquisitions, and tax planning. He has extensive experience in tax planning for both Peruvian and foreign investors, as well as in tax procedures, special engagements for the determination of liabilities, and the assessment of tax contingencies.

He regularly participates in tax proceedings before the relevant authorities and the judiciary.

He has taught Tax law at Universidad de Lima (UL) and Universidad del Pacífico (UP), and is a regular speaker at various tax-related forums. He is also the author of several articles on tax matters.
