Mr Egüez is Partner of the firm since 2007. He was a Visiting Associate at the Spanish law firm, Uría Menéndez (2002). He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance and capital markets.

He has led a series of significant transactions in recent years, including cross border M&A transactions, acquisition loans, syndicated loans, local and international offering of securities and reorganization proceedings.
