Jennifer Barrett is Co-Managing Partner of the New York Office. She is responsible for a wide variety of trial and appellate matters — in areas of law such as securities, insurance, reinsurance, corporate governance, data privacy, intellectual property and trade secrets, unfair competition, consumer protection, employment, and defamation — on behalf of clients engaged in a diverse range of businesses, including: banking and other financial services, insurance, publishing, television news, on-line marketing and services, consumer products, music distribution, transportation and health care.

Jennifer routinely represents our employer and high-profile individual clients with their most high-risk and sensitive employment, partnership, and conduct matters. While a significant number of these disputes are resolved confidentially to our clients’ advantage, Jennifer also frequently tries such matters in court and arbitration, obtaining successful outcomes for our clients.
