Jeffrey S. Gerchick, a partner in the firm's Washington, D.C. office, has 15 years of experience in all phases of trial and appellate proceedings. Mr. Gerchick's practice focuses primarily on intellectual property litigation before the U.S. District Courts, the ITC and the Federal Circuit, with a particular emphasis on patent litigation. He has been trial counsel in cases involving patent and copyright issues concerning a wide range of technologies, including hybrid electric vehicles, computer hardware and software, wireless and wired communications, data networking protocols, consumer electronics, integrated circuit design, digital audio formats, and semiconductor chip fabrication.
