We offer labor advice in general, including contract and salary planning, due diligence, occupational health and safety, labor brokering and outsourcing, court proceedings, inspection procedures and claims brought against the Social Security Health Institute (EsSALUD), and collective bargaining. We also advise on the hiring of foreign employees and the steps required to get their work permits.
