Jon Burke is a Partner in Proskauer's Structured Credit Practice. He advises asset managers, issuers, banks, underwriters and investors on a broad range of collateralized loan obligation transactions (CLOs) and other structured credit financing arrangements secured by broadly syndicated, private credit and middle-market loans.

Mr. Burke provides guidance to fund managers and borrowers on a broad range of financing strategies, with expertise spanning NAV-based facilities, collateralized fund obligations, and rated feeder structures. He possesses deep experience advising investors in ABF transactions and across a range of niche and esoteric asset classes, such as life settlements, structured settlements, brokerage commission streams, wage advance products, and medical receivables.
