Mark Rutter is a partner in Proskauer’s Corporate Department and a member of the Real Assets and Hospitality, Gaming & Leisure Groups.

Mark’s practice spans a broad range of real estate-related matters, with a focus on representing real estate development companies, financial institutions and investors in all aspects of acquiring, developing and financing hotels, resorts and office, multi-family, industrial and mixed-use projects. His experience includes the negotiation of purchase and sale, joint venture, management, franchise, licensing and branding agreements, leases and construction-related agreements. Mark also represents borrowers in negotiating real estate-related senior, mezzanine and preferred equity financing.
