Stephen Lee is an accomplished trial lawyer with over 30 years of experience representing companies and individuals in a broad range of complex commercial disputes across the United States and internationally. His practice spans matters involving product sales contracts, business acquisitions and divestitures, trade secret litigation, and claims for breach of fiduciary duty. He also regularly represents corporate officers and directors in shareholder disputes.

Stephen has extensive experience defending companies—particularly in the pharmaceutical sector—in product liability litigation, government investigations, and accident and personal injury claims. He also counsels clients on internal investigations and risk mitigation strategies.

In the energy sector, Stephen has represented exploration and production companies, as well as oilfield service providers, in litigation nationwide. His work with chemical manufacturers and marketers has given him in-depth knowledge of the design, operation, and economics of chemical facilities, making him a trusted advisor in this highly technical industry.
