Her practice focuses on investment rounds, scaleups, strategic exits, such as trade sales and IPOs, and general corporate governance, primarily in the climatetech, renewable energy, foodtech, female founders, artificial intelligence, life sciences and digital health sectors.

As a trusted adviser, Sarah often assumes the role of general counsel for her clients, providing practical and effective commercial guidance tailored to their growth objectives. She began her legal career as a general corporate lawyer, advising companies through their life cycle, from early-stage growth to M&A, to listings on both the AIM market and main market of the London Stock Exchange. Sarah’s extensive transactional knowledge positions her to support clients seamlessly at every stage of their corporate life cycle.

Sarah is widely regarded as a leading individual in impact investment, having represented one of Europe’s first and largest impact investors throughout her career. She also serves on the advisory board of FutureWorldVC, a community of over 180 ethical impact investors.
