Jessica Ling is a corporate partner in the Financial Restructuring group, based in the Firm’s London office. Jessica advises on a wide range of complex domestic and cross-border restructurings and special situation transactions, implemented both in- and out of court.

She represents a broad spectrum of clients, specialising in par and distressed investors including investment and credit funds, noteholders and other creditor groups. She has significant experience in advising ad hoc committees in some of the most high-value, cross-border restructurings in the market.
