Jemma Lohr McPherson is a partner in the Global Finance practice at Paul Hastings and shares her time between the firm’s London and Paris offices. Jemma is a member of the European leveraged finance group and the European high-yield team. She focuses on leveraged and acquisition finance transactions, advising on high yield offerings and syndicated and private credit financings across the capital structure. She is experienced in advising banks, credit funds, sponsors and companies on a wide variety of debt and equity capital markets offerings, corporate finance transactions, restructurings and U.S., French and European securities law matters, including Regulation S and Rule 144A offerings, liability management transactions and initial public offerings.

Jemma has previously been seconded to the London office of Goldman Sachs.
