Jason Stratmoen is a partner in the Real Estate department and is based in the firm’s New York office. Mr. Stratmoen’s practice is concentrated in commercial real estate, with a focus on the representation of banks, private equity funds, and other institutional investors at all levels of the capital stack. Mr. Stratmoen has experience representing clients in originating mortgage loans (including loans intended for securitization, balance sheet loans and construction loans), originating mezzanine loans, negotiating intercreditor and co-lender agreements, structuring preferred equity and common equity joint venture investments, and negotiating secondary market sales of mortgage and mezzanine loans.
