Scott Chase is a partner in the Securities and Capital Markets practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Boston office. He works on a variety of corporate and securities matters for public and private companies, including those involving the real estate industry and real estate investment trusts (REITs). Scott’s practice focuses on initial public offerings (IPOs) and other capital markets transactions, corporate governance and disclosure, and mergers and acquisitions. He represents companies and all of the major investment banks.
