Eric Schwitzer is the chair of the Fund Finance practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. His practice primarily focuses on fund finance and real estate finance. Eric represents major financial institutions, together with private credit and private equity funds in connection with complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including subscription line credit facilities, NAV financings, hybrid facilities, mortgage and mezzanine loans, and preferred equity financings.
