Suzanne advises leading financial institutions and global corporations on a wide range of structured finance and asset-backed lending transactions across domestic, European, and international markets.

She advises on the structuring and documentation of commercial paper conduits, structured investment vehicles and both public and private securitisations across a broad range of asset classes, including auto leases, loans and subscriptions, credit card receivables, consumer receivables, equipment leases, and trade and inventory receivables. Her experience also extends to more esoteric asset classes, such as insurance premia, handset, P2P and other payment plan or cash advance receivables, as well as asset-backed and NAV facilities.
