He also defends business executives, police officers, prosecutors, and other individuals under criminal investigation or charged with felony or misdemeanor offenses. Scott has taken and defended high-risk depositions, argued significant trial and appellate motions, and tried numerous cases to verdict. He has been consulted by USA Today, ESPN.com, and the Baltimore Sun to provide legal analysis and commentary.
