Hattie Winfield is an associate based in the London office of Morrison Foerster and is a member of the Litigation Group.

Hattie advises clients on intellectual property matters and has a particular interest in all aspects of brand management. She has significant experience advising organisations in relation to trade mark infringement matters, trade mark filing and portfolio management, oppositions and cancellation actions before the UK IPO, domain name disputes, disputes relating to passing off and copyright infringement, and general commercial disputes.

Hattie has a Distinction in Intellectual Property Law and Practice from the University of Oxford.

Hattie is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
