Zhiyu (Zooey)’s practice focuses on technology transactions, data privacy, and regulatory compliance advisory work. She has experience performing due diligence on data, cybersecurity, and intellectual property issues in M&A and private equity investments.

Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Zooey was a trainee solicitor in the London and Hong Kong offices of a leading international law firm.

Zooey is a Registered Foreign Lawyer with the Law Society of Hong Kong. She is native in Mandarin and fluent in English. Representative Experience

Leading multinational automotive manufacturing companies on various PRC law issues in relation to its automated driving systems, radio equipment and other in-car information services.
