Souraya Salhi focuses her practice on cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A). She advises international groups on M&A transactions and general corporate matters. Souraya is also a member of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee. Before joining Morgan Lewis UK LLP, she trained at other international law firms, where she focused on M&A transactions. Souraya is fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
