Marie Davy focuses on industrial, corporate, and liability dispute resolution, representing French and international companies, investments funds, and financial institutions in complex disputes involving international law. Marie has a deep familiarity with the management of requisitions made by foreign authorities to obtain evidence in France in civil and commercial matters. She also assists clients in the drafting and securing of their commercial agreements and industrial partnerships, and reviews contracts and disputes in due diligence processes.
