Joe concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions and debt financing transactions. He has experience representing public and private companies, private equity funds, and financial institutions in a range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged finance, and other commercial lending transactions. He also handles a wide variety of general corporate matters.

Before joining the firm, Joe practiced as an associate in the New York office of an international law firm. He served as a judicial clerk for the Hon. Richard C. Wesley, US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. During law school, he was a notes editor on the Cornell Law Review.
