Dubraska specializes in civil and commercial litigation. She joined D’Empaire in 1999 and became partner in 2010.

Noteworthy experience includes representing:

• MMC Automotriz in two ad hoc arbitration proceedings with intervention of the Venezuelan courts.
• Envacar del Caribe y Rones y Licores in an arbitration proceeding under the rules of the Center of Arbitration of the Caracas Chamber of Commerce (CACC).
• Centro Diagnostico Docente Las Mercedes in the enforcement of a commercial arbitration award under the rules of the Center of Arbitration of the Venezuelan-American Chamber of Commerce (CEDCA).
• Comercial Ixco in an administrative proceeding against the Government of the Libertador Municipality in Caracas.
• Makro Comercializadora in a foreclosure proceeding.
• Cerveceria Polar in the enforcement of a commercial court ruling.
• Alimentos Polar in a commercial dispute.
• The Republic International Bank N.V. (formerly Banco Caracas N.V.) in a foreclosure proceeding.
• Alcatel de Venezuela (formerly Lucent Tecnologies) in a civil liability dispute arising from a gas pipe explosion.
• Beal Bank and Inarco International (subsidiary of Citibank) in the insolvency proceedings concerning Sudamtex.
• Corporacion Andina de Fomento (CAF) in the insolvency proceedings concerning Sudamtex and Venepal.
• Radio Caracas Television in several copyright disputes.
