Brian is singularly focused on achieving maximum value for large institutional creditors in complex Chapter 11 reorganizations, out-of-court restructurings and recapitalizations, mergers and acquisitions of financially distressed companies, acquisition and divestiture of claims against and equity interests in distressed companies, debtor-in-possession and exit financings, and cross-border insolvencies. Brian pioneered the novel use of securitization and/or asset-based security structures utilizing DIP loan technology in Chapter 11 proceedings.
