Milena Muradian's practice concentrates on debt and equity capital markets. Milena focuses on representing issuer and investment bank clients in registered and unregistered securities offerings. She has advised underwriters and issuers in IPOs, private placements, follow-on offerings and debt offerings and represented international and domestic clients in connection with structuring and financing projects and day-to-day corporate law. Milena has a unique background in having been admitted to practice in the US (California and New York) and in Brazil.
