Ger O’Donnell, a partner in Mayer Brown’s Chicago Office, is co-head of the Structured Finance practice. Ger concentrates his practice in structured finance with an emphasis on warehouse financing, whole loan purchases/sales/auctions and private placements, and provides general advice to fintech companies, hedge funds and large foreign and domestic financial institutions.
