Gail Levine co-leads the firm’s global Antitrust & Competition practice, which was recently recognized once again as among Global Competition Review’s “Global Elite.” Gail is a trusted advisor to clients with business-critical mergers or acquisitions facing antitrust issues. Her clients include Fortune 500 companies and PE firms, and she handles their merger control matters, represents them in investigations, and counsels them on antirust risk. She is a trusted advisor to small and growing tech start-ups, counseling them in a wide variety of issues as they scale. She also represents high-tech companies in data privacy and security FTC investigations.

She joined Mayer Brown from the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Competition, where she served as a deputy director under Chairman Joseph Simons and Acting Chairwoman Rebecca Slaughter.
