Nanda Al Qazaz is an Associate in the Corporate & Securities practice in the firm’s Dubai office. She advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of matters, including local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate structuring, data privacy, employment law, and general corporate and commercial issues. Her practice is focused on the Middle East region.
