Victor Galante is the Managing Partner of Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown and since 2020  he also leads the firm's Corporate & Securities practice.

With over 20 years of experience, Victor advises Brazilian and international clients on public and private M&A transactions, joint ventures, project development, private equity investments, and other complex business matters, with a strong focus on high-stakes infrastructure projects.

Victor consistently delivers strategic legal advice to clients across a wide range of industries, including oil & gas, renewable energy, mining, agriculture, chemicals, transportation, entertainment, hospitality, and consumer goods. He has significant experience drafting and negotiating agreements for asset acquisitions and construction, regularly handling strategic contract negotiations and representing clients in pre-litigation and pre-arbitration scenarios.
