Liv frequently advises on debt restructuring strategies, liability management and acquisitions involving distressed assets and companies.

She is particularly known for handling sophisticated and high-stakes matters involving significant financial exposure, cross-border elements and urgent timelines, combining technical expertise with a pragmatic and business-oriented approach.
